Kluai buat chi i.e Banana cooked in Coconut milk or in coconut cream is a unique Thai dessert. This Vegan dessert is very simple and easy to cook. The mildly sweet flavor is due to Banana and brown sugar added(You don’t have to add a lot of sugar). The aroma is due to banana and Coconut milk. In Thai recipe, Namwah/Ladyfinger banana(Musa acuminata) or small sized Bananas are used, but in my recipe, I have used Cavendish. Adding Cinnamon will enhance its taste.
Don’t you think it can be a good addition to your breakfast or snack?
