Among all other berry fruits, Strawberry is the most popular in the world. Packed with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, strawberries are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food, a good source of manganese and potassium. They are good for your heart, circulation system, and immune system, to lower blood pressure, due to its rich anti-oxidant properties they guard against cancer.
It is cultivated worldwide for its fruit.
